What are Condenser Units?

Condenser units are responsible for removing the heat of the refrigerant fluid and compressing it. The device that realizes the cooling of the indoor unit by transferring the heat from where the heat is more to where it is less is called condenser units.  Condenser units are installed in the high pressure area of the system to be installed and consist of fan, condenser and compressor. These parts are connected to each other from inside.

Condenser units may also include additional components such as evaporation pan, protective frame and desiccant filter. When we look at the advantages, condenser units reduce the costs of installation and maintenance of cooling systems. They provide high performance for refrigeration projects.

How Should Condenser Units be Installed?

The condenser unit differs from the cold cabinet in cooling systems. It is the process of providing thermal comfort of the air in closed areas by cooling and removing moisture. It also provides cooling of the fluid passing through this system. There are certain precautions you need to take during the installation of condenser units. These are:

• When installing, it should be installed away from closed areas, heat sources and walls. Because preventing the passage of fresh air to the condenser is prevented.
• During the installation of the condenser unit in a closed place, the hot air outlet should not be prevented. It must be installed in such a way that it can receive fresh air.
•  You should not install in places exposed to strong sunlight, dirt, precipitation or very strong air currents. Because if such events occur, it may prevent the system from working.
• Make sure that the floor is hard and durable before installation takes place. Otherwise, it is recommended not to install on uneven or soft levels.
• Avoid positioning above or below the vaporizing unit during placement.
